Fetches users email for all VPSes on a server and writes to a .txt file

To use:

1. Change the connection details to the Virtualizor Database
2. Change "serid" in the variable "getvpsquery" to the Server ID found in the DB which you would like to use.
3. Run and get output in the file "output.txt"
