The ZIP contains no cfg files, so the ModuleManager depends is not included.
The ZIP contains no version file, so the $vref is not included.
resources.repository will be auto-populated.
resources.license just says ARR, as opposed to some interesting complex provisions, so it's not included since license is set to restricted.
The folder matches the identifier, so install is left out.
ksp_version: 1.12 matches the same versions as setting min to 1.12.0 and max to 1.12.9.
