This is used to test a single WS2812 LED.
By default, pin 6 is used to send data.
You will need to install the library Adafruit NeoPixel. In the Arduino IDE, select Sketch > Include Library > Manage Libraries..., search for Adafruit NeoPixel, and install the corresponding entry.
