Change Listings for Finalized Submissions

When a submission is in a finalized state (ex: deleted, archived, etc.), it remains visible among other non-finalized submissions. This means a user may have to inconveniently encounter irrelevant or outdated submissions in order to locate the one they are interested in.

Change the listing behavior of deleted and archived submissions so that they are listed separately from non-finalized submissions.

Finalized States

• Deleted
• Archived
• Accepted as Final
• Rejected
• Requested for Resubmission
• Expired

Review Checklist

• Finalized submissions appear in submission tables separate from non-finalized submissions
• Necessary backend unit testing has been added
• Necessary frontend unit testing has been added
• Necessary integration testing has been added
• Documentation has been updated to reflect new changes

Accessibility Checklist

• No new color contrast issues are introduced
• Changed text has a font size of at least 16px
• Changed text uses plain language
