Public Philosophy Journal (PPJ) is in a transition that is tied to the Pilcrow application that is being built by Mesh Research developers. Pilcrow will attempt to implement the Collaborative Community Review process in an opinionated yet agnostic way allowing for PPJ and other publications to use the application to do peer review in a way that is collaborative and open with the goal of improving a submission to the point it is ready for publication. Then, the submission will be able to be exported into a variety of formats or publishing platforms to promote scholarly advancement.
