Don't be so blue

User names will no longer be colored blue if they aren't moderators.

Build and QoL fixes

Add prettier that runs on githook.
Add a version bump script to help me keep track of stuff.

Fix some of the buttons still being blue.
Fix the scrolling of the sidebar not reaching all the way down.
