Add support for Huion Kamvas GT1562
Diagnostics: Config Diagnostics
Values have been confirmed by originally measuring the physical device, and applying specification data to this. When values were cross-referenced within the application's debug area it was clear they were slightly out. They have been re-calibrated and confirmed as perfectly aligned now with the actual device hardware capabilities.
I have tested on applications supporting Windows Ink, it works flawlessly once the required drivers and plugin have been installed.
