Also adds a database table for admins where errors occurring somewhere in block_opencast can be recorded. No front end added yet, but beneficial nonetheless. |

@ferishili To the best of our knowledge this pull request would provide a more intuitive and convenient way to delete Videos when courses are deleted (replacing the lifecycle step). |
