This version of PEX is compatible with the true 1.8 Spigot (not protocol hack) and other Bukkit implementations that have updated their Guavas.
- Improve performance at the cost of removing per-user debug mode
- Fix issue with UUID lookup in
/pex user <user> group set <group>
