Update the list of available PHPCS versions to make sure that tests which need to run against high/low PHPCS or retrieve a random PHPCS version to run against, can also be run against the latest PHPCS versions. Refs: * https://github.com/PHPCSStandards/PHP_CodeSniffer/releases/
