Thanks you very much for this PR. I think this is a good addition to this repository. Fortunately there was no incidence at all that violated any of these points in the past. However it's better to underline what's important to us regarding our communication with this document to have a respectful collaboration in the future as well.

I have added a Code Of Conduct, which prescribes the rules of conduct for contributors, this is a contract that obligates all participants to treat each other without violence of any kind
