I don't know if you're ready to add this, but the code you've written looks good to me. I'm not thoroughly familiar with this system, and I have no idea how to test it, so my review probably isn't worth much. Teammates are already asking for schema updates (sigh), so if we can get this through quickly, that would be great. |

Allow super-admins to POST to /schemas in order to overwrite the default schema for a given year.
