Fixed Lollipop Bug(Stop audio playback not working)

Fixed the bug where stop button in notification menu was not working on lollipop and later android versions.
-Added on boot completed listener to automatically start sticky notification when device is restarted.
-Added voice feedback to notify user of internet unavailability. and other minor fixes.

First release with start and stop playing notification buttons.Reading is asynchronous and has no direct interface.
