Uso-core

Uso core is the main framework of Uso!bot.

Requirements

• Python 3.6+ (python 3.7 is partially unsupported due to the changes to asyncio)
• A postgreSQL server and database.
• The asyncpg library : Install instructions
• Every Osu.py requirements
