Description

This PR addressess the issue #1490

How to Test-Drive This PR

• Check out code
• Run Retail App
• Go to PLP
• Click multiple time on fav icon, it is supposed to register the last click to make api call and change the icon after a successful call. Otherwise, it should return error.
• Multiple click issue should not happen
