Dev Setup

Install Node.js if not installed already
Install Bower and Gulp if not installed already by running npm i -g bower gulp ( may require sudo).
From project directory, install dependencies by running npm install && bower install.
Run gulp server to start the dev server and compile the site when files are updated.
