chore: bump dependencies, minor fixes

A follow up for #4000.

• removes @babel/preset-env-standalone as now it is a part of @babel/standalone
• removes @stardust-ui/docs-components as they had hard dependency on deprecated prettier/parser-babylon
• fixes doc site build
