Due to a bug in Protobuf, we can't use its latest version. It generates the code which is incompatible with Node.js.

In the scope of this issue, pull the latest version of Protobuf declared in config, when the bug is resolved.

The latest version, which works fine: 3.19.4.
The next version, starting from which, the problem appears: 3.20.0.
