in "CTkOptionMenu""button_hover_color" was still blue i use ["#624720", "#3F2C0C"] if you want to use them

Should be ["#624720", "#3F2C0C"]

it would be pretty cool if a completely new theme could be created by specifying a base color. all the other shades could then be calculated by a constant or relative offset.

You can achieve this by using colorsys and calculating the complementary color scheme you desire.
