Fix #1511
This fix addresses the issue identified in CTkTopLevel objects where the icon change was not being reflected correctly, resulting in the default icons persisting. The proposed modification ensures that CTkTopLevel windows display the designated icon as expected, thus correcting the previously observed inconsistency.
I request that, after accepting the corrections, please integrate the modifications into the pip repository to ensure that the improvements are available to the community.
