Polygon supports this, so perhaps we should support it too. The custom checker is run iff the interactor returns success.
We can always merge the checker into the interactor (see https://oj.vnoi.info/problem/hello23_e). A potential advantage of running the checker separately is that we can do heavy computation inside the checker because the checker's running time is not counted in the submission running time.
I've not found any problem that requires this, though. This PR will stay as a draft for the time being.
