Stop docker-first-run.sh from asking for permission to install plugins.
Clone from Git into /application folder so all items from git repository are in the /application folder without having to mount the folder.
Point to my git repo/fork.
Updated PHP-FPM to remove build command and add image. Also removed volumes from PHP-FPM

Stop docker-first-run.sh from asking for permission to install plugins, I am going to try to make a docker hub file for this project, but step one of that is removing some user interaction in this script.
