Make light blurple buttons darker to further improve contrast #129

The color here (#263D90) was taken directly from using the "Dark Reader" Edge extension over the already dark theme. It darkened the buttons up noticeably without hiding them, which helped with the overall eye-feel.

(ignore the dark gray color changing, this is due to dark reader)

I am unsure how to test this without digging deep into the script and ensuring that it pulls the right build artifacts, so I will publish this as a draft until we can get that figured out.

Do you have scripts/examples on how to do this? Not completely familiar with the process.

I use this VSCode extension (with format set to compressed in the extensions settings) since I work in VSCode. Though very soon I will be switching for something better. Let me know if you can get it working.

Looking back at this, the contrast on the VM/container icons on the tree on the left is not very good with this color.
