Description
jest-seralizer-enzymedoesn't seem to be used in the codebase so we should be able to safely remove it. I also run into an issue when trying to upgrade npm to v8 in #36041 where this package caused some troubles with unit tests. Basically, tests won't pass until I remove this dependency.How has this been tested?
