WordCamps without public status are visible with direct URLs on Central. PR prevents that leakage.

Fixes #602

How to test the changes in this Pull Request:

Change the status of WordCamp in tracker to be something else than public, for example, cancelled.
Try to view the WordCamp on Central
You should be redirected to frontpage
