- Bumps the minimum deployment targets to iOS and tvOS 12.0
- Restrict podspec dependencies to >= 5.0.0 AND < 6.0.0
- Updates CI to use Xcode 15 and iOS 17
- removes deprecated -swift-version flag and .swift_version file for cocoapods (uses s.swift_version in podspec now)
- Added a Gemfile locking in Cocoapods version 1.14.3 which has the following fix needed for CI to succeed on Xcode 15. Although the fix is for 1.14.2, another issue was introduced in that version and subsequently fixed in 1.14.3.
