The linkchecker is complaining, but the link looks valid: Could be related to sphinx-doc/sphinx#9435 , there have been a few anchor links changes recently, we need to look at this further. |

This builds with newer dependencies, so continue with content review but we probably need to rebase after #181 merges in to get the fix for this problem. |
