Lucene的依赖包的SPI有多个实现类，如果用maven-assembly-plugin打包会造成SPI被覆盖。需要改成使用maven-shade-plugin打包，并使用ServicesResourceTransformer来改变SPI重复的策略。
例如adapter-es7结果包里的/canal/client-adapter/launcher/target/canal-adapter/plugin/client-adapter.es7x-1.1.7-SNAPSHOT-jar-with-dependencies/META-INF/services/org.apache.lucene.codecs.PostingsFormat这个文件。 #4364
