I was tired to manually type html5 tags, so I made a quick a file with the tags I used the most, feel free to fork and push me some addons, Maybe Jon will eventually add these to the default HTML autocompletes file shipped with ST2!
Just deploy HTML5.sublime-completions in /Packages/User, as usual.
