build(deps): bump xml2js and @netlify/plugin-nextjs

Removes [xml2js](https://github.com/Leonidas-from-XIV/node-xml2js). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [@netlify/plugin-nextjs](https://github.com/netlify/next-runtime). These dependencies need to be updated together.

Updates `@netlify/plugin-nextjs` from 1.1.2 to 4.33.0
