I think this fixes the issue where the linter can't be published via the standard mechanism because it needs to be published from the
pkgdirectory, instead of the root.This used the mechanism implemented in lerna/lerna#2109.
I haven't tested this because I'm not sure how the packages are typically published. Is it just
lerna publish? (I also don't think I have permission to publish to the@ampprojectnamespace.)
