PreserveName is replaced by Script# in newer releases, but PreserveName is left intact.
Comment on PreserveName property - currently unused/not implemented, thus removed those tests.
… are created: add_onEvent remove_onEvent
…But not for fields, properties. Take care of namespace overrid. Allow skipping types that should not be exported (NonScriptable and IgnoreNamespace attributes)
