feat(material/autocomplete): switch implementation to use MDC #25386

Switches mat-autocomplete to use MDC by default.

BREAKING CHANGE:

  • DOM and CSS classes for mat-autocomplete have changes.
  • TypeScript API is largely the same but may have minor differences.
