Adds the major Kendo UI components to the test project. Only the Grid example works at the moment, the rest throw various errors documented in the code.
Some of the components reference purposely-built "ivy" tags on npm. These include workarounds for what I consider to be backwards-compatibility issues with Ivy. Switching to the "dev" tags is more representative for the state of the current versions we ship.
We're ready to provide access to the private source repos upon request. Alternatively we could try to reproduce the issues in standalone projects.
