chore: add border-box to all elements

Description

In ce and ee, we have box-sizing: border-box applied to everything. This PR does the same to our codebase so we avoid surprises when our components are being used.

Did a quick sanity of all the components, and apart from datepicker, Modals have all increased their width by exactly the padding + 1px
