I am a Backend developer with over 5 years of experience.
I started my career as a PHP developer, developing systems and maintaining them. I was part of the development and implementation of systems in Laravel and Yii framework.
At the beginning of my journey, I acquired a certain pleasure in solving problems related to the functioning of systems. For me they were puzzles, which I always made a point of involving myself in - like an investigation game if I may say so. This is how I solved a performance problem in a system caused by poor database structuring.
After my small introduction to the world of development, I worked as a Java developer, where I acquired a great passion for the language, participating in teams that worked with the Structs and Spring Boot frameworks.
In 2021 I was invited to work as an SRE (Site Reliability Engineer). Experience that in a short time managed to become one of the best experiences in the professional aspect. Because the challenge was a little bigger: I would need to combine my investigative curiosity, with programming and standardization techniques, using monitoring tools such as New Relic, Grafana, Cloudwatch. In addition to preparing Postmortem and RFC (Request For Comments). I was also involved in manual process automation, GMUD (Change Management), Release Note, and the development of custom GitHub actions.
I performed maintenance on microservices in Node, PHP and Python, in addition to systems with event-driven architecture patterns, API Gateway provisioning using the kong tool.
Finally, more than two years passed and I felt the need to learn more, I moved to the DevOps team, where I was able to have contact with the infrastructure created during the implementation of the systems, using Terraform (infrastructure as code), Spacelift and AWS technologies .
