Remove Demo from Gogs (#547)

- Issue regarding the unability of the Demo was already reported in gogs/gogs#7651
- Issue tracker does not seem to be maintained anymore ([#7601](gogs/gogs#7601), [#7602](gogs/gogs#7602), [#7643](gogs/gogs#7643))
- Demo is unavailable since 2024-01-21
