Description of changes:
PYTHONPATHto the application's working directory: insert CWD to sys.path for Django to find the application directory aws-otel-python-instrumentation#179PYTHONPATHenv var from the deployment of python sample apps to EKS.NOTE: The PR can be merged once the new versions of ADOT Python and the CW add-on have been released.
Otherwise the E2E EKS canaries will break.
