refactor: reorganize babel types definitions structure #11843

This PR re-organizes the file structure of packages/babel-types/src/definitions, the following changes are implemented:

  • merge core.js and es2015.js
  • move new AST nodes standarized in ES2020 from experimental to core
  • update cross references
