flow plugin: generate exact object type annotations #3702

Mirrors the support added to Babylon here.

Note that new tests use type annotation syntax added to Babylon in that PR, so will break until that support becomes part of babel-generator's minimum dependency. I think this points out the need for a version bump to Babylon, discussion under the above PR.

@bhosmer Could you please rebase your branch, for some reason circle-ci is still failing with unrelated failures.
