I would suggest deleting the line that sources /etc/profile as well as that file is run by bash when it is launched as a login shell and under those circumstances is run twice under babun. Also why comment out the two lines that you have rather than deleting them? I can't see that they would ever have any use as they're duplicating activities that are already carried out by bash.
