* Add "Locating runfiles with Bzlmod" * Address review comments * Address comment on workspace name * Clarify that the main repo's canonical name does not start with @ * Determine the repo context in Rlocation, not Create * Address @oquenchil's comments * Clarify why RunfilesLibraryUsersProvider is needed * Add a further special case and fix the example * Propose to reuse RunfilesProvider * Mark as approved
