Here are some tools I use to improve my experience on Wikipedia.

Keyboard shortcuts

• alt+z: toggle Zen mode (nav bars, headers and footer hidden, larger font-size). Aliased as ,z (Vim-style)
• gg: go to the top of the page
• G: go to the bottom of the page
• /: focus on the search box

Install

You need a Wikipedia account.

• Put the code from common.css in Special:YourName/common.css
• Put the code from common.js in Special:YourName/common.js

Unfortunately, it only works in one language, so you’ll need to re-create these pages if you use Wikipedia in other languages.
