XevaDI

The XevaDI python package transforms the CSV files from the Xeva set to create the database tables for XevaDB.

Creating Output CSV files

• Clone the repository

git clone https://github.com/bhklab/XevaDI.git
cd XevaDI

• Run the script to create the output files

cd scripts
python build.py
