What does this PR do?
This PR disables the duplication shortcut key while drawing on the whiteboard. The fix prevents unexpected duplications during the drawing process, ensuring that users can draw uninterrupted without inadvertently triggering the duplication shortcut. This adjustment aligns the functionality with the 2.0 version of tldraw.
