@djsmith85 we're still relying on ngx-toastr it's just not consumed directly by the applications. That said we've not yet upgraded to Angular 17.

Right, I didn't look thoroughly enough at the PR, but nice that we are wrapping it and this can wait until Angular 17 like some of the other dependency bumps
