Fix contract verification tests

Motivation

2 tests for contracts verification are constantly failing:

• test/explorer/smart_contract/solidity/code_compiler_test.exs:58
• test/explorer/smart_contract/solidity/code_compiler_test.exs:38
  most probably beacuse of the solc-js issue asm.js build of soljson 0.4.25 fails on node.js 14+ ethereum/solc-js#537.

Changelog

Update version of the compiler to the modern one (0.8.10) for those tests.
