Improve error message when failing to load default firmware for the vehicle in wizard #2475

Minor issue where vehicle images don't load until we connected our PC to internet (we usually have it disconnected during ROV operations). It also wasn't loading the firmware versions in step 4 of the wizard. We powered down vehicle, connected the computer to internet and then restarted the wizard and it then was fully functional.

We should improve the backend to provide a better message of what is going on.
