localindexrepo : I removed 'mode' in local index repo, because it is actually 'phase' which is still there. I checked the source code and could not even find the word 'mode' - osigrepo: explained max.stale=-1 Signed-off-by: Christoph Rueger <chrisrueger@gmail.com>
