Documentation completion

The documentation should be updated to reflect the final stages of the library. This is likely to be the last item to do. A finalized migration guide should be completed for this issue.

This conversation needs to be added to the documentation #1480 -- Which leads to a bigger issue, that "Color Schemes" should be covered in docs as well.
